Deryl has been with HSMP since April 2003 when she
initially joined as co-ordinator. After returning
from maternity leave in January 2006 Deryl took over
the responsibility of managing the programme. She
is required to maintain and develop the commitment
and involvement of member companies and their staff
to provide mentors for schools and other support to
the programme. She also develops an overall fundraising
strategy and ensures the scheme is well publicised.
