What better way to get the mentoring year rolling along than an ice-skating trip! The Hackney Schools Mentoring Programme organised four trips to Broadgate ice-rink near Liverpool Street.
Judging by the screams of delight, the students loved the sessions and were pleased when the mentors came along to skate too.
The sessions were a great way to kick-start mentoring relationships again after the Christmas break. Some schools went bowling in Finsbury Park with their mentors where competition on the lanes was fierce.
