Resources

In this section you can download each section of the HSMP Resource Pack just in case you missed out on getting a copy at one of our training sessions. We aim to frequently update the new activity section for times when you may be stuck for something to do with your mentees. Ideas for sessions are welcomed. We have also included a page of links that you may find useful for internet-based sessions.

Mentors

The information pack includes the benefits to pupils, discusses the mentoring relationship and the benefits of mentoring. It also includes how you benefit, how the programme works, what makes good mentor, the role of a mentor, what is expected of you as a mentor, what types of mentoring are available? The pack also gives details about recruitment and matching, the mentoring year and provides a mentor profile form.
