Slang Dictionary

submitted by Danielle and Sandy, Haggerston School

Having trouble understanding your mentee?

Our solution: The Slang Dictionary.

Created by Sandy and Danielle from Haggerston School, the slang dictionary aims to get you up-to-speed with the latest 'words on the street'. Though slang is fast being added to the Oxford dictionary it often takes months for a new word to be added. Now with the power of the internet we're adding it to our very own dictionary in a matter of minutes!

The slang dictionary depends entirely on contributions from students who add common slang and phrases. Take a quick look and polish up on your vocabulary!

Recently added words
