The Skinners' Company's School

 

The Skinners’ Company’s School for Girls is a Non – Denominational Voluntary Aided School Specialist Business and Enterprise College. There are 850 girls aged 11 – 19 at the school.

 

Skinners’ is a split school. Pupils in years 7, 8 and 9 are based at Lower School in Mount Pleasant Lane. Students in years 10, 11 and Sixth Form are taught in the upper school at Stamford Hill. It is compulsory for all girls to wear School Uniform. Pupils in each year are organised into form groups with a year team coordinator and committed and caring form tutors who monitor academic progress, homework, attendance and punctuality.

Skinners Student with Mentor

 

Skinners’ School for Girls has slightly increased its student involvement in the mentoring programme since last year. Currently there are 81 students matched to 44 mentors, most of the mentors are from Linklaters.
